I understand that I am paying for a rapid transformation session(s) and it is my responsibility to book the session with Kelly Kristin.
I understand that payment is non-refundable.
I understand that if I have selected the multi payment option, I am not eligible to do the session until both payments are made.
I am aware that the second payment is due 2 weeks after the first.
I understand that Kelly Kristin is not a medical doctor and does not in anyway claim that she can cure anything and I am participating in this session with an open mind and my own free will.
I do not hold Kelly Kristin responsible for any mental, emotional or physical issues that may arise after this session.
I understand that if I receive a hypnosis I am not to listen while driving or doing anything other than sitting of laying in a comfortable and safe environment to do so.
I understand that the services provided in the session are not licensed by the state as no such license exists.
